为了支援国外朋友们共抗疫情，我们简单翻译了刮痧的相关原理与方法，并将视频添加了英文字幕，希望为抗击疫情做些事情，愿李氏砭法走向全球，惠及更多人。

In order to support foreigners to fight with COVID-19, we translated the basic theory and method of copper board scraping. The video is added with English subtitles. We hope this could support people all over the world to conquer this epidemic. Wish Mr. Li’s scraping would propagate to benefit more people.

李氏砭法（虎符铜砭刮痧）是李道政先生创立的一套铜砭刮痧方法。经三十多年古中医理论的研究和临床实践的探索，治愈了许多疑难杂症。

Mr.Li's Scrapingisa set of copper board scraping methouds created by Mr.Li Daozheng. After more than thirty years of research on traditional Chinese medicine theory and clinical practice, many incurable diseases have been cured.

Mr. Li's Scraping is known as fast curative effect, safety, and small side effects. At present，Mr. Li's Scraping has been conducted in more than 300 hospitals outpatient service in China, which shown great influence among patients. Several exchanges and lectures have been held in United States, Singapore, Germany and many other countries, which received bunch of positive appraisal.

李道政先生，上海市人，1948年生于重庆，祖籍江苏常州，医药世家。自幼随父耳濡目染，笃志于医事，一朝一夕不敢懈怠，潜心钻研杏林医事，并取得相当业绩，现为中国中医科学院高级推拿师，高级刮痧拔罐师，上海问痧堂养生馆专家，并形成独特的中医气功推刮拍打疗法。

Mr. Li Daozheng is a native of Shanghai and was born in Chongqing in 1948. His ancestral home is Changzhou, Jiangsu, a family dedicated in Chinese traditional medicine. Since his childhood, he has been influenced by his father, and later devoted to medical to medical as his career. He never stopped to work in the day time and study in the evening and devoted himself to traditional Chinese medical theory and clinic cases that achieved considerable achievements. He is now certified as senior massaging, scraping and cupping therapist. He is the expert of Wen Sha Tang, that provide traditional therapy with Qigong and scraping.

刮痧的原理

传统中医认为，气在人体环流不休，统辖气之升降出入的枢纽称为“气机”。所以气之为病，主要是“气机”升降出入的失调。凡表里、虚实、逆顺、缓急无不因气而致。

刮痧以调气为首，调动人体的气血运动，所刮之处造气、调气、催气、候气、得气、守气、辨气，引邪出表，疾患由里走表，通过自身溶痧，调动自愈力。“气至而有效”，是提高疗效的不二法门。

The principle of the scrape therapy

Traditional Chinese medicine believes that the circulation of Qi in the human body is endless, and the hub that regulates the rise and fall of Qi is called "Qi machine". Therefore, if Qi causes disease, mainly due to the imbalance of the "Qi machine". Thus the exterior and interioe, the deficiency and excess, correct or wrong sequence, and the urgency or not are caused by Qi.

Scraping is to regulate the Qi, which mobilizes the human body's Qi and blood movements. 关于痧的理解

所谓痧，就是用砭具在病人皮肤表面适度刮拭，会出现一些紫红颜色、类似一些细沙粒的点，人们根据出现的这些症状，把它取名叫痧症。

人体因外感风、寒、暑、湿、燥、火，内感喜、怒、思、悲、恐、惊而引起各种杂病，经刮痧，皮肤上出现不同症状，或痧色鲜红，呈点状或呈片状或瘀块；或是黑色条索状或痧色虽淡，皮肤下有软硬疱块。根据痧像能说明辩证，判断已病及未病。

The understanding about Sha

The so-called Sha is a moderate scraping on the skin surface of the patient with a copper board, some spots of purple-red color, similar to some fine sand particles will appear on the skin. People call it measles syndrome according to these symptoms.

The human body causes various diseases due to external wind, cold, heat, humidity, dryness, hot, and internal feelings of joy, anger, thought, sadness, fear, and shock. After scraping, different symptoms appear on the skin, sometimes the color is bright red,shaped flakes or bruises; or black strips or pale, sometimes there are soft and hard blisters under the skin. According to the image, it can be explained dialectically and judged to be sick or not, even can discover future disease.

鉴于国外的朋友们不知道穴位经络，我们就按部位给大家示范，没有专业工具的可以利用李老师推荐的碟子和勺子来刮。

要点

角度大约倾斜45度，以顺手为好，有利于刮出痧为原则；速度大概可是心跳一下刮三下；力度以被刮者能接受为原则。

Key points

The angle is about 45 degrees. It is better to use your hand without hitch, which is easy to scraping the Sha. The speed is about three scraps in one heartbeat with certain length（5-10cm）。

针对新冠肺炎刮痧的相关说明

1、李氏砭法不用药物治疗，通过改变人体的内环境，使病毒无法把人体作为寄生的宿主，病毒水土不服，必然离开人体。无须考虑病毒的变异。

2、刮拭胸腺后丅细胞的淋巴细胞迅速增加，CD3、CD4、CD8一小时后就增殖，增强了人体自身的免疫功能。

3、不管肺发生何种疾病，只有整体调理，调动人的自愈力，才能克病制胜。李氏砭法为外治法，以通为治、以通为泻、以通为补、以通为健，以整体论为基础，不用药没有毒副作用。

Instructions for scraping new Corona Virus (COVID-19)
